DICKINSON(AP) -- A man charged in connection with the death of a Dickinson man is seeking to have his bond reduced.
A hearing was set Wednesday for Benjamin Orf, whose bond was set at $50,000 cash Monday.
Orf is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was arrested in connection with the death of 49-year-old Neal Matejovsky of Dickinson, whose body was found last Friday in a Dunn County field north of Dickinson.
A Texas man, 39-year-old Shane Patrick Miller, is charged with murder in the case. He was arrested in Alabama on Saturday and will be brought back to North Dakota to face the charge.
