FARGO -- Dickinson man Rendell Charles Hardy pleaded guilty Monday to the robbery of Northland Financial in Medina last fall.
Hardy, 41, and co-defendant Satrone Rashard Boyd, also of Dickinson, “forcefully robbed” the bank the morning of Oct. 25, according to a press release from U.S. Attorney Tim Purdon’s office.
Hardy, armed with a handgun, demanded money from a teller and then he and Boyd fled the scene in a stolen vehicle. Investigators identified them through video from a truck stop in Jamestown, in which they were seen throwing masks and a set of keys into a dumpster by the Star Lite Motel.
Boyd will be sentenced April 14, and Hardy on July 1.
