The corner of Villard and Sims just got a little bit more wooded.
The city planted for new trees on Friday during the Urban Forester Program's Arbor Day celebration.
Dickinson's planning director Walter Hadley encourages everyone to get involved.
Joel Nichols, a community forestry specialist with the North Dakota Forest Service, also presented a Tree City USA banner to the city.
Hadley said the city hopes to add trees to 34 locations over the next few years.
