Shanunique Ruffin, 21, was arrested after she allegedly conspired multiple times in October to distribute methamphetamine, as well as illegally carrying a concealed firearm.
Ruffin was charged with conspiracy to deliver meth, a Class A felony, as well as a Class A misdemeanor for the firearm.
Also arrested with Ruffin was Dickinson resident Gregory Davis, 37, for two charges of conspiracy to deliver meth, as well as 32-year-old Dwayne Taylor for possession of cocaine, a Class C felony. Davis’s case was later dismissed.
