WASHINGTON -- For the second time this year, the Community Action Partnership in Dickinson is receiving more than $1 million in federal funding for its Head Start and Early Head Start programs, North Dakota’s Congressional delegation announced Wednesday.

The organization received $1,040,608. It was awarded a similar amount in late January.

The Head Start programs focus on developmental care at centers located in Dickinson and Mott, as well as through an expansive home-visits program.

Along with Dickinson, the TGU Granville School District also received more than $1 million for its similar early childhood programs.
