The Bada Bing club failed a city inspection.

City head of inspections Ron Strand says city, fire department and state health officials determined the building previously used as a storage facility for an electronics company isn't suitable for large crowds.

He says a review of the building has yet to be completed, but it likely needs sprinklers, additional plumbing and more exit signs, among other renovations.

Club owner Mike Benzinger says he plans to start work as soon as he knows what needs to be done, and hopes to reopen as soon as possible.
