FARGO — Country trio Lady A has postponed the rest of its tour, including September shows in Fargo and Minot, N.D., as one of the members focuses on a "journey to sobriety."
The band, which was formerly known as Lady Antebellum, said in a written statement on Thursday, Aug. 4, that the tour is being postponed until next year, adding that it was a "hard but important decision to make."
Lady A was scheduled to perform Sept. 30 at Scheels Arena in Fargo. Venue officials said in a news release that all tickets will automatically be refunded from the point of purchase. Customers who bought tickets at the Scheels Arena box office are asked to call 701-364-3672 for a refund.
The trio, whose hits include "Need You Now," "I Run to You" and "Compass," also was scheduled to perform Sept. 29 at Norsk Høstfest in Minot. Officials with the event said ticketholders can either keep their tickets and use them to see a replacement act, or get a refund. Ticketmaster will email ticketholders with instructions for requesting a refund.
