MINOT (AP) -- Jurors in Minot have acquitted a former bank teller accused of embezzling.
Melissa Rauser was accused of stealing from accounts belonging to the Northern Bottling Co. of Minot. She was charged with theft of property.
Rauser was acquitted by a jury in Northwest District Court.
