Fort Stevenson State Park hosts winter day camp

Garrison, ND - Fort Stevenson State Park is hosting a winter day camp offering a variety of winter focused activities for youth ages 10-13 on December 28. The registration fee is $40/participant and includes materials, lunch, and a snack. Participation is limited to 12.

The camp begins at 9 am and finishes at 3 pm. Activities and topics include winter safety, animal adaptation, and tracks, snow science, geocaching and orienteering along with snow castle building. Participants will spend some time inside and outdoors, so they should be prepared and dressed to be outside.
