GLADSTONE-Stark County Sheriff's officers estimate that there was a combined $31,000 worth of damage done at two Gladstone cemeteries over the weekend, Maj. Ray Kaylor said Wednesday.
Pictures of the deceased were heavily damaged and many headstones, as well as several cement coverings at both the Gladstone city cemetery and St. Thomas Cemetery in Gladstone were heavily damaged over the weekend.
Authorities do not know whether or not the vandalism occurred over multiple days and are continuing their investigation. Kaylor said the sheriff's office has no suspects.
