A Gladstone woman was arrested in Dickinson after she was allegedly found at Camp on the Heart on Thursday night searching through a brown Ford pickup.
An onlooker called the Dickinson Police Department after they allegedly witnessed Nancy Rhome, 34, searching through the vehicle, Capt. Joe Cianni said. She was still digging through the pickup when police arrived.
Upon inspection DPD allegedly found drug paraphernalia on Rhome, and determined she was allegedly searching through the vehicle to gain access to a residence at Camp on the Heart, he said.
