Power went out in Golden Valley County at about 1 or 2 this morning because of a thunderstorm and was brought back up at about 7 a.m., said Golden Valley County
Emergency Manager Carrie Law.
As of about 10:50 this morning power was still flickering on and off, she added and had been off again for about 20 minutes.
