A grass fire near Interstate 94 burned about 10 acres of land on Monday afternoon.
The Dickinson Rural Fire Department responded to the call Monday afternoon with 18 men to help fight the blaze, which they believe may have been caused by a rock that sparked while a farmer was cutting hay.
No one was hurt while fighting the blaze.
The department would like to remind people that there is currently a burn ban in place and especially that people should not be setting off fireworks while that ban is in place, even as the Fourth of July holiday approaches.
