Hettinger County Sheriff's Office has issued a no travel advised for their area due to icy road conditions and reduced visibility.

The following counties have also issued no travel advised:

  • Mercer County due to heavy snow accumulation and compacted snow on the roadways.
  • Grant County due to icy road conditions and reduced visibility.
  • Oliver County  due to heavy snow accumulation and compacted snow on the roads.
    Snow plows are unable to keep up and there is limited visibility.

  • McLean County due to icy road conditions and reduced visibility.
    Also, US Highway 83 Southbound at mile marker 116-117 is nearly blocked, per McLean County Sheriff.

  • Mountrail County due to icy road conditons and reduced visibility. 
    Also, heavy snow on State Highway 8. 

  • McHenry County due to icy road conditions and reduced visibility.
