Repair work is finished on powerlines north of Bismarck that led to a road closure. Highway 83 is now open, according to the North Dakota Department of Transportation.
Highway 83 is open from the south Junction of 1804/71st Ave north of Bismarck to the north Junction of 1804 south of Washburn.
Powerlines across the area were damaged during a storm last week, leaving thousands without power.
