MEDORA (AP) -- Forecasters say ice jams have led to a flood warning for areas around the Little Missouri River in Billings County, including the town of Medora.
The National Weather Service says county officials reported two ice jams near Medora.
One was at the site of a railroad bridge in the community. The other was at the point where Andres Creek enters the river. Officials say some homes already are waterlogged.
The weather service says the water will continue rising upstream of the ice jams until they break.
The flood warning is in effect until late Monday night.
