The North Dakota Department of Transportation opened Interstate 94 from Dickinson to Mandan this morning, according to a press release.
A no travel advisory remains for the eastern portion of North Dakota to include Grand Forks, Fargo, Jamestown, Wahpeton, Valley City and the surrounding areas.
