The funeral services for Janet O. Price, 87, Dickinson, are at 2 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 29, 2007, at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Dickinson, with the Rev. Steven Tangen and the Rev. Lisa Lewton officiating.
Interment is in Dickinson Cemetery.
Visitation is from 2-8 p.m. today, Oct. 28, 2007, at Stevenson Funeral Home, Dickinson, with a prayer service at 4 p.m.
Janet Ottersen was born Aug. 21, 1920, in Dickinson, the only child of Oliver and Mary (Helgeson) Ottersen. She attended a one-room schoolhouse in Emerson, and later graduated from Dickinson Normal School.
On Nov. 24, 1939, she married David J. Price at St. John Lutheran Church, Dickinson, and they had three sons.

In the early years of their marriage, Janet worked in several book-keeping positions, and later worked with her husband, Dave, at the Dave Price Agency.
Dave and Janet retired in 1980, and spent many winters in Fountain Hills, Ariz., and their summers at McKenzie Bay.
Janet was a member of the Dorcas Society, P.E.O. Sisterhood, Chapter A.D., Sons of Norway and St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, traveling, china painting and playing bridge with her many friends.
Janet is survived by three sons, Dave (Janis) Price, Ocean Shores, Wash., Gary (Karen) Price, Blacklick, Ohio, and Rick (Deborah) Price, Dickinson; six grandchildren, Tracey, Todd, Pam, Jennifer, Reed and Colby; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Mary Ottersen; husband, Dave; and one grandson, Brian Price.
Family suggests memorials be made to St. Luke's Home Foundation in Janet's memory.
