KENMARE -- A Kenmare woman has been arrested on murder and child abuse or neglect charges in the death of her 13-year-old son.
The Associated Press reported that Jessica Lee Jensen was booked into the Ward County Jail on Friday. A representative of the jail confirmed that Jensen was being held there. The AP reported that the Ward County Sheriff's Department said Jensen told the 911 operator on Jan. 12 that her 13-year-old son had died.
Aidan Bossingham, 13, lived with his mother and stepfather, Chuck Jensen, according to his obituary.
