The North Dakota National Guard's 816th Dickinson Unit is traveling to Bismarck today to help with flood preparation efforts.
Sgt. 1st Class Brian Schmoker of the National Guard Dickinson Armory, said about 90 area guard members will be leaving today for Bismarck.
