Southwest Water Authority Board of Directors member Ray Bieber, who represents Hettinger County, received the 2016 Clark Cronquist Waterline Award at the 30th annual North Dakota Rural Water Systems Association EXPO on Feb. 17 in Fargo.
According to a news release, the award is given to individuals who show leadership in promoting and developing rural drinking water systems.
