Jessica Ferguson Lujan, 32, of Dickinson, pleaded not guilty to three drug-related charges Monday.
Lujan was charged in December for allegedly delivering 10 Hydrocodone pills, six Diazepam pills, and eight Darvocet pills to a confidential informant, according to a criminal complaint filed with the Stark County District Court.
All the pills are prescription drugs and she allegedly delivered them on June 10.
Lujan waived her right to a preliminary hearing and a pretrial conference has not yet been scheduled.
"We're very close to a negotiated plea agreement," said Kelly Armstrong, Lujan's attorney.
