WILLISTON, N.D. -- A 39-year-old man molested a 15-year-old boy last week in a Williston apartment, authorities say.
Donnie Porter II was charged with two Class C felony counts of corruption or solicitation of a minor after the teen told police that he’d had a sexual encounter with the older man early last week.
Porter was arrested at the Reclamation Drive residence where the alleged contact occurred. He later told a Williston Police Department detective “that he did engage in one or more sexual acts” with the boy, an affidavit filed in district court reads.
Porter is being held at the Williams County Correctional Center on $250,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 4.
