Two sheriffs in western New York say a 34-year-old man has been arrested after two people were killed outside a hospital and a couple were slain at their home.
Three people were shot early Saturday in the parking lot of Lakeside Memorial Hospital in Brockport, near Rochester. One of the victims survived.
Monroe County Sheriff Patrick O'Flynn says Frank Garcia of Hamlin has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder.
Ontario County Sheriff Phil Povero says Christopher Glatz, 45, and Kimberly Glatz, 38, were killed inside their Canandaigua home later Saturday.
At his arraignment, Garcia told the judge he had left a message for a lawyer. He was remanded to the Monroe County jail.
