BISMARCK (AP) -- Police say a man was arrested after he was found passed out in his vehicle in a restaurant drive-through.
Authorities say 27-year-old Chance Standing Crow of Bismarck was arrested on a charge of failure to be in control of the vehicle. He also faces a charge of driving under suspension. His court appearance is set for April 6.
Bismarck Deputy Police Chief Dan Donlin says officers were called to a south Bismarck fast food restaurant Saturday after a report of a man passed out in a running vehicle.
Donlin says Standing Crow was behind the wheel and his 4-year-old daughter was in the car.
