A man staying at the Red Roof Inn was arrested Wednesday night after staff saw him with marijuana paraphernalia outside the hotel.
Jerason Burgess, 25, who Dickinson Police say is homeless, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana paraphernalia and a Williams County warrant for revocation of parole after hotel staff reported him to police.
Burgess was taken into custody at the Southwest Multi-County Correction Center, where he is being held without bond for the Williams County warrant. He pled guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia Friday and received a suspended sentence of 60 days; the case has been closed.
