ALEXANDRIA, S.D. — A man died Friday, Sept. 6, in a crash between a tractor and a minivan on Interstate 90 east of Alexandria.

The driver of the Caravan, a 52-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. He was not wearing a seat belt. Charges against the driver of the Case tractor, a 31-year-old man, are pending. He was not injured in the crash.
