A Stark County judge Tuesday afternoon accepted a plea agreement from a man who exploited a vulnerable adult.
Gregory Goetz pled guilty in Stark County Court to the charge and must pay $60,000 in restitution and spend five years on probation.
If he violates probation he could face five years in jail and $5,000 in fines.
