MANDAN - A Hazen man pleaded guilty in South Central District Court on Thursday to continuous sexual abuse of a child.
Kevin Hushka, 35, pleaded guilty to the Class AA felony at the Morton County Courthouse.
Judge Sonna Anderson accepted his plea and set his sentencing hearing for a future date.
Class AA felonies carry a maximum potential sentence of life in prison, though the charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child carries no minimum mandatory sentence.
Hushka will be required to register as a sex offender as part of his sentence.
Between 2005 and 2007, Hushka sexually abused a girl younger than 15 years old, according to court records.
