FARGO -- A 41-year-old Tokio man has been sent to prison for 30 years for a sexual act with a child under the age of 12.
Jay Littlewind Sr. was sentenced Thursday for aggravated sexual abuse of a child by U.S. District Judge Ralph Erickson.
He was found guilty after a three-day jury trial in federal court in October.
Littlewind committed the sexual act on the child as she lay sleeping in her mother’s bed while her mother was at work during the time period of Jan. 25 to Feb. 13 in 2008, said court documents.
