TOWER CITY - A Fargo man walking on Interstate 94 was injured when a semi struck him early in the morning on Thursday, July 21.

Mohamed Abdillahi, 22, was walking in the westbound lanes a mile west of Tower City at 2:45 a.m. when the man driving the truck swerved, but failed, to avoid, the North Dakota Highway Patrol said in a release.

Abdillahi was taken to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo with serious injuries, the release said. The crash is under investigation, according to the release.
