OREM, Utah (AP) -- Police have arrested a 27-year-old Provo man in a home burglary after the resident reportedly found him drunk on the floor.
Orem police say a 24-year-old man came home from work Friday and found his back door open and his golf clubs on the ground. He searched his house and found various items moved and a stereo on the stairway.
The man also found another man on the floor, incapacitated and intoxicated.
The man was booked into the Utah County Jail on charges of intoxication and residential burglary.
