FARGO (AP) -- A man arraigned in Grand Forks this month on weapons charges says he will plead guilty.
Danny Whitley is charged in federal court with four counts, including possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a stolen firearm. Authorities say the stolen gun was a .38-caliber revolver.
Court documents show that Whitley has eight felony convictions on his record from North Carolina.
A change of plea hearing is set for Monday in Fargo.
