Daniel Waddington, a 40-year-old Rosebud, Mont., man, was arrested for terrorizing Wednesday evening after allegedly threatening a Dickinson man with a hammer, according to the Dickinson Police Department.

"Officers responded to Wendy's after receiving a 911 call reporting a male threatening him with a hammer," said Capt. Dustin Dassinger. "The altercation was taking place in the drive-through area."

Waddington allegedly approached Justin McCarthy's vehicle and threatened him, Dassinger said.

"He was upset with the sticker that was displayed on the back window of the other guy's vehicle and took offense to it," Dassinger said. "The sticker was a silhouette of a nude buxom female on her hands and knees."

He added the sticker said "southern style" on it.

"The guy had expressed his distaste of the image and said that his daughter didn't have to see it," Dassinger said. "He didn't actually hit him with a hammer, but he had approached the male with a hammer in his right hand and he had apparently made some utterances about hitting him with the hammer."

Nobody was injured during the incident, Dassinger said.

A number for McCarthy could not be located.
