More weather problems on I-29 in the Dakotas

No travel is advised anywhere in Walsh and Pembina counties, and officials say Highway 75 in Canada from the Pembina port of entry to Winnipeg is closed because of the conditions.

It's the second straight day of weather problems on I-29 in the Dakotas. On Thursday, dozens of people had to be rescued when more than 150 vehicles became stranded in a ground blizzard on the interstate in northeast South Dakota.
