MINOT, N.D. -- Nine motorcycles have been reported stolen in Minot since July 1, prompting Minot police to urge residents to securely lock up their possessions.
Police Investigations Capt. John Klug said the thefts have been taking place at all times of the day and night. He also said some have been stolen without the keys in them.
“It appears the suspect or suspects are moving the motorcycles from the immediate area then loading them onto a trailer or removing them by other means,” Klug said.
Klug said residents should call [police immediately if they see suspicious activity that a theft could be in progress.
