GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) -- A North Dakota Highway Patrol captain faces a drunken driving charge in Minnesota.
Grand Forks regional Capt. Kevin Robson was arrested in Minnesota's Beltrami County on March 10. Patrol Col. Jim Prochniak tells KFGO radio that Robson is on personal leave and the patrol plans an investigation.
Robson did not immediately respond to an Associated Press request for comment on Tuesday.
