TURTLE LAKE (AP) -- Authorities say they've determined an 88-year-old Turtle Lake man found dead on a rural road near the central North Dakota town died of exposure and no foul play is suspected.
McLean County Sheriff Don Charging says the body of Richard Dawson was found Saturday by a game warden, and investigators determined he died of exposure to the cold.
Charging did not say why authorities think Dawson was in the rural area, and he did not immediately return a telephone call seeking more details.
