MINOT, N.D. (AP) -- Minot police say a 27-year-old man was injured after his vehicle crashed into a moving train.
The crash occurred Friday afternoon. Police say Jordan Avery of Minot was arrested for drunken driving and cited for careless driving.
Police say Avery passed three or four vehicles that had stopped for the train. Police say he disregarded the railroad arm that was down and his car hit the side of the lead engine of the eastbound train.
Avery was transported to local hospital. His condition was not released.
