FARGO, N.D. (AP) -- The head of the North Dakota State University Development Foundation and Alumni Association says he'll retire in June 2013.
Jim Miller has held the executive director position since 1982. The organization says that over that time, the foundation's endowment has grown from $1.4 million to more than $100 million.
Foundation Board Chair Ron Olson said Miller's leadership and fundraising efforts have played key roles in the growth at the university.
Olson says Miller will be difficult to replace.
