No foul play in Grafton death

GRAFTON -- Preliminary autopsy results indicated a Grafton man found dead on the street early Sunday was not a victim of foul play, police reported Monday.

GRAFTON -- Preliminary autopsy results indicated a Grafton man found dead on the street early Sunday was not a victim of foul play, police reported Monday.

The body of Danny Leroy Leedahl, 62, was found about 5:25 a.m., Sunday, lying on the ground in a residential neighborhood in the northeast corner of the city of 5,000, near where he lived.

Police were dispatched to a call of an “unresponsive male,” according to a news release from the police department.

His body was taken to the forensic medical examiner’s office at the University of North Dakota for an autopsy.
