FARGO — Fargo police on Monday, Oct. 31, released the name of a man whose body was found the morning of Sunday, Oct. 30, in the Red River.
According to Fargo police, the body of Phillip Dewey Bergquist, 32, no permanent address, was found in the river just north of Main Avenue about 11:15 a.m. Sunday.
Police said they are actively investigating the cause of Bergquist’s death and are awaiting autopsy results.
