CASSELTON, N.D. — The North Dakota chapter of the Vietnam Veterans of America will hold their annual statewide meeting Saturday, July 16, in Casselton.
All are welcome to attend the meeting at the Casselton VFW, 814 Front St.
The event will kick off with a fish fry at 6 p.m. Friday. Breakfast will be served at 8 a.m. Saturday with the meeting slated to start at 10 a.m., followed by an evening meal at 6 p.m.
The Vietnam Veterans of America is a congressionally chartered nonprofit organization dedicated to Vietnam-era veterans and their families, according to a news release from the North Dakota chapter.
The organization advocates on issues important to veterans and provides programs and services for veterans and their families.
