The North Dakota Department of Transportation released a list of road conditions at 5 p.m. today.

Highways closed due to water over the road:

· I-29 at Exit 69 (County Road 20) to Exit 100 (Jct ND 200A-near Hillsboro). Northbound and southbound traffic uses same detour: I-94 to ND 18 to ND 200A

· ND 54 from I-29 to the Red River near Oslo, Minn.

· US Business Highway 2 - Sorlie Bridge in Grand Forks

· ND 17 Bridge over Red River east of Grafton

· ND 5 from I-29 to the Red River (east of Joliette)

· ND 66 - from ND 44 (near Drayton) to the Red River Crossing

· ND 200 from Junction ND 200 A (near Hazen) to Junction 1806, use alternate routes ND 1806 or US 83

Highways that have water on the road but remain open:

· I-29 intermittent spots on both northbound & southbound lanes approx.10 miles north of Manvel, ND, near Oslo, MN closed to all traffic, except trucks and emergency vehicles. Traffic detour is: Northbound traffic detour on US Highway 81 at the Manvel/US 81 Interchange Exit 152 to ND Highway 17 at Grafton then east on ND 17 back to I-29. Southbound traffic-detour on Highway 17 at the Grafton/ND 17 Interchange Exit 176 then south on US 81 at Grafton to Interstate-29 at Manvel.

· I-94 eastbound lane near Mapleton, exit ramp also narrow

· ND 46, 2 miles west of Kindred
