OGLALA, S.D. -- A 56-year-old Oglala man will spend four years in prison for abusive sexual contact with a child under 12.
Dale Warrior was sentenced by Chief U.S. District Judge Jeff Viken last week for his conviction on a charge of aggravated abusive sexual contact. The incident occurred on Sept. 27, 2014.
