PINE RIDGE, S.D. -- A Pine Ridge woman has been indicted by a federal grand jury for strangling another woman to death on the reservation.
Elizabeth Ann LeBeau, 23, also known as Ann LeBeau, is charged with first degree murder in the death of Emily Bluebird between Jan. 1 and Jan. 3.
Also charged in the case is Fred Quiver, 29, also known as Fred Brings Plenty, of Pine Ridge for being an accessory to first degree murder.
The pair are both in custody awaiting first appearances.
