A California man was arrested Saturday morning along the 1200 block of State Avenue driving a stolen car with a suspended license.

Raul Soza, 43, of Fresno, was stopped driving a 2002 Toyota Camry Solara that had been reported stolen in Minnesota. The vehicle’s owner’s cell phone, which had also been reported stolen, was found in the car and had been used to make numerous calls to Fresno.
Soza was taken into custody at the Southwest Multi-County Correction Center.
Teen arrested for marijuana possession

Officers responding to reports of a female passed out in a vehicle near the 2200 block of Prairie Oak Drive arrested a 16-year-old girl for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The teen was taken into custody at the Sunrise Youth Bureau.
Dickinson teen arrested for disorderly conduct

A Dickinson teenager was arrested for disorderly conduct early Saturday morning after officers were called to remove him from the Paragon Sports Club.
Marcus Leon, 18, told officers someone was trying to start a fight with him and became agitated and confused. When he was denied entrance onto a bus, he began throwing punches at people around him.
Leon asked for an ambulance, but would not let responders touch him when it arrived. Officers took him into custody, and he was released shortly after.
He faces charges of disorderly conduct alarming acts, a Class B misdemeanor.
Dickinson man found with marijuana paraphernalia
A Dickinson man found intoxicated outside of a residence on the 100 block of First Avenue East was arrested for possession of marijuana paraphernalia Saturday afternoon.
Seth Cornwell, 28, was put into detox for 12 hours before being taken into custody at the Southwest Multi-County Correction Center.
Man arrested for assaulting girlfriend
Officers arrested a Dickinson man Sunday morning after he assaulted his girlfriend of 10 years.
Ranny Heltera, 32, allegedly shoved his girlfriend, who fell through a screen door. She did not require medical attention.
Heltera faces charges of domestic violence simple assault, a B misdemeanor.
Man arrested after snorting meth
Officers called to a residence on the 1200 block of Mike Street for a report of a man trying to gain access to a secured apartment complex arrested a Dickinson man on multiple charges.
Luis Martinez, 46, told officers he had been snorting meth since the previous day and was trying to get into the building because “Jesus told him to come,” Dickinson Police Capt. Dave Wilkie said.
Martinez was arrested for ingestion of a controlled substance, alarming acts and resisting officers. He was taken into custody at the Southwest Multi-County Correction Center.
