Police Blotter: Dickinson man arrested for aggravated assault

o Nathan Roper, 43 of Dickinson, was arrested by Dickinson police for aggravated assault, domestic violence after he allegedly cut his girlfriend with a pair of scissors on the 200 block of First Street Southeast around 1 a.m. Thursday.

• Nathan Roper, 43 of Dickinson, was arrested by Dickinson police for aggravated assault, domestic violence after he allegedly cut his girlfriend with a pair of scissors on the 200 block of First Street Southeast around 1 a.m. Thursday.

• A 23-year-old Dickinson man was arrested for burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine after he allegedly entered a pickup that did not belong to him and then started it on Thursday morning. Meth paraphernalia was also found on the man's person.

• It appears several storage units were broken into on the 1000 block of Meadows Drive on Thursday evening. However, it appears that the items were only thrown around and that nothing was actually missing from the units. The case remains under investigation and there are no suspects.
