  • A 31-year-old Dickinson man was arrested for disorderly conduct on early Friday morning after banging on a resident’s back door and attempting to break into the home on the 600 block of Eighth Street East. The man was intoxicated at the time of the arrest.
  • An 18-year-old Dickinson man was arrested for simple assault that occurred in a vehicle on the 300 block of 10th Avenue East late Thursday night. There were no serious injuries.
  • A Dickinson woman notified authorities that a check for less than $100 from the North Dakota Tax Commissioner was found in another person’s vehicle in the 1600 block of Prairie Avenue. The case is currently under investigation.
  • A 24-year-old Williston man was arrested for stealing less than $50 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart on Thursday evening.
  • A suspect stole a bathroom mirror from Cheers and Beers in Richardton on Thursday evening. The bar is trying to reach the suspect to have her return it before charges are filed.
  • A hit-and-run accident near the intersection of Broadway and Main on Friday is under investigation after a person claimed their front tire was damaged. The suspect claims the vehicle was being loaned to a friend. The vehicle is currently impounded until the driver can be determined. No arrests have been made
  • A Dickinson woman notified authorities on Friday with claims that someone had used her Social Security number to file a fake tax return.
  • A person from Nevada called authorities on Friday claiming that spices they had bought from Runnings in Dickinson possibly had a controlled substance in it. No further investigation continued.
  • A 37-year-old Belfield man was cited for driving under suspension late Friday. The passenger in the vehicle, a 23-year-old Dickinson woman, was arrested for a Class A misdemeanor of drug paraphernalia methamphetamine and possession of a small amount of marijuana following a K-9 search of the vehicle.
  • A 60-year-old Dickinson man was arrested for driving under revocation on the 500 block of South Main Street in Dickinson after being originally stopped for speeding on Saturday night.
  • A 46-year-old man from Pasadena, Calif., was arrested on multiple charges early Sunday morning following a traffic stop. Misdemeanor charges included reckless driving, driving under the influence and refusal to submit to chemical tests.
  • A 19-year-old Dickinson man was arrested Sunday morning for giving police false information and for minor in consumption after police were called to the 1700 block of Abraham Parkway after a resident complained of a number of people in a local parking lot.
  • A 30-year-old Dickinson man was arrested for simple assault domestic violence on Sunday evening at 6:45 p.m. following a fight between he and his girlfriend. No serious injuries were reported.
  • An unknown driver took out an undetermined amount of fence along Highway 10 west of Dickinson sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning.
