Police Blotter: Dickinson man arrested for felony sex crime

Dickinson Police officers arrested Leroy Frank, 70, of Dickinson, on around 1:10 p.m. Wednesday on the 2200 block of Eighth Street East on a Burleigh County warrant for gross sexual imposition, which is a felony offense.

  •  A Dickinson resident reported $536.45 in fraudulent charges in their U.S. Bank account on Wednesday morning. The charges were made overseas.
